Character Counts: Chrome Extension for Counting Characters and Converting Formats
Character Counts is a simple and straightforward Chrome extension developed by keith.commiskey. This handy tool allows users to easily determine the number of characters in a selected text. Additionally, it provides the functionality to convert between ASCII (char), ASCII (int), and 8-bit (Byte) formats.

In version 2, the extension introduces a new feature that allows users to change the format of the source string. Users can now input the string to be converted in the top input box and choose from ASCII(char), ASCII(int), and Binary formats. By clicking on the "Convert" link, the extension will cycle through the three conversions, providing users with quick and accurate results.
